SnapAI Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SnapAI mobile applications, website (usesnapai.com), software, and services (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by Gagasan Anak Bangsa (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and User Age

There is no minimum age required to access the Platform. However, if you are under the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian must also agree to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement or have obtained the required consent.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all actions taken under your account.
  • Unauthorized Use: Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform and AI-Chatbot

  • License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform.
  • AI Features: SnapAI includes an AI-Chatbot powered by Gemini. AI responses are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
  • No Professional Advice: AI output must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or professional decision-making.

5. User Content and Ownership

  • User Content: Includes any data, text, files, or materials you upload or submit.
  • License to Company: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify your content for operating and improving the Platform, including training AI models.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that you have the necessary rights to share it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Upload harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive content.
  • Upload malware or malicious code.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
  • Use the Platform for cheating or academic dishonesty.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or extract the Platform’s source code.
  • Send unauthorized advertising or spam.

7. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription through SnapAI, the following applies:

Required Subscription Metadata (App Store Compliance)

  • Title of Subscription: As listed in the in-app purchase product name.
  • Length of Subscription: Displayed clearly before purchase (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly).
  • Price of Subscription: Shown at the point of purchase, including price per unit where applicable.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours prior to renewal.
  • Management & Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Billing Terms

  • Prices may change at any time with notice where required.
  • All fees are charged to your App Store or Play Store account.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
  • Refunds: All sales are final unless required by law or otherwise specified.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the Platform—including software, design, trademarks, and AI-generated content—is owned by Gagasan Anak Bangsa or our licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Basis: The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • AI Limitations: We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
    • indirect or consequential damages,
    • loss of profits or data,
    • unauthorized access to your account or content,
    • reliance on AI responses.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in Indonesia.

11. App Store Metadata Requirements (Apple & Google Compliance)

To comply with App Store policies:

Functional Links Required in App Metadata

  • Privacy Policy: A functional link must be added in the Privacy Policy field in App Store Connect.
  • Terms of Use (EULA): A functional link must be placed in the App Description or EULA Field.

Binary Requirements

The app binary must clearly display:

  • Subscription title
  • Subscription duration
  • Subscription price (per unit if applicable)
  • Links to Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

These elements must be visible before purchasing a subscription.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and the Company.
